

May 18th, 2022–
I ask Helen for help with sleeping problems and anxiety due to my insomnia. After 2 sections I can say that I am sleeping and feeling much better. I will recommend Helen if you needs any help with your sleep.


March 30th 2022–
Helen is great . She has such a calming voice. She takes her time and gets to really know you. I’ve had 3 sessions. While each one was different there was still a comfortable feeling of calmness. There is really something to be said of participating in hypnosis therapy from the comfort of your own home. Helen relates to others and you feel like you are talking with a friend which makes going into a hypnotic state easier. She guides each session to focus on your requested topics. I started this because I wasn’t sleeping. I’m now sleeping and my overall anxiety is almost gone. If I have issues in the future I would go to Helen again


January 20th 2022–
Working with Helen is an experience like no other. I’ll admit I went in hopeful after reading numerous positive reviews but of course I knew that everyone’s experience will be different. I was hopeful nonetheless. The best way I can describe my experience is relaxing …so relaxing it was perplexing. Then you try not to ruminate on the thought of “did it work?”. Everyone is different. I had 3 sessions and definitely will return for more. Prior to my sessions, I developed negative coping mechanisms up to and including self harm. I’d say my Depression has improved with Helens assistance along side my psychiatrists.
My anxieties have lessened, I started feeling like I could do the things I missed, again. I’m ruminating on negative events less and I can say I feel more free mentally and emotionally. I’m not strangled by saddness 24hrs a day, I’ve been sleeping better not waiting hours to fall asleep for 30mins due to insomnia. I feel like I’m on the right track to becoming the person I missed. If you’re on the fence about Helen, you never know til you try. If you’ve tried other avenues don’t make this one sound so far fetched 😉


September 10th, 2021–
I reached out to Helen for some help with my addiction to marijuana. I am 57 and have been using it daily since I was a teenager so when I say I had a strong drive to use marijuana, I’m not exaggerating. I was worried that if I stopped, I would not be able to sleep or manage my stress and I told her this. This lady is so good at what she does that I was easily able to quit after just one session! I scheduled a follow up to hold myself accountable and I did the second session a couple of weeks after the first. The results I got from the second session were even more magnified than the first.
I can’t describe the peaceful, calm energy that I feel right now and the joy that fills my heart knowing that I can live my life without that old unhealthy habit. I’ve lost 6 pounds, saved hundreds of dollars and am sleeping better than I can ever remember sleeping. It’s remarkable how fantastic I feel. I want to recommend Helen to everyone I know! Thank you, thank you, thank you Helen. My mind is blown.

January 22nd, 2021–
I have been suffering with insomnia for the last 30+ years. I have tried everything from medication to meditation. Nothing has worked. It just became part of life, oh well. Then I heard about Helen. I have heard great things and several success stories and figured why not try. We did this virtual so it was harder for me to believe that this would actually work. Her sweet smile and calming voice had me unbelievably relaxed within moments. The next thing I know our session was over. That night I had the best solid nights sleep in what seems to be forever! It has been over 2 weeks now and I am still going strong! Thank you team Helen for all your help and support.


July 17th 2020–
Helen Marie worked with me yesterday. Last night was the first night in a long time I slept through the night. Very relaxing, professional and she gave me two additional resources I can use on my own. Will work with Helen again. As a side- her manager Andrew is also a true professional. Thank you.


April 17th 2020–
I had a fantastic session with Helen in these troubling times. I had a two hour session online and went through stuff relating to anxiety and in particular Covid-19. I came away feeling much more relaxed and had the best night sleep I’d had in a long time! Thank you so much! I must say that even though I am in the UK and Helen is in the US and it was done online, it was still very effective – as if Helen was in the room with me. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering hypnotherapy in these stressful times.

Let’s be honest hypnotherapy is not the answer to all your problems!

My roadblocks? Reasonable sustained weight loss and insomnia.
After just two relaxing, can’t fully describe how relaxing, sessions with Helen I have finally gotten my eating habits in order and am losing weight in a steady healthy manner.
For insomnia Helen has taught me, through her hypnotherapy skills, how to prepare mentally and physically for sleep and so far it seems to be working prettyzzzzzzzzz…just kidding…pretty well!
As far as a review rating goes I find myself reluctant to award Helen five stars because, quite frankly she does a ten star job!

Apr 05, 2019–
Ever since a brief hospitalization I have been unable to sleep through the night for some unknown reason. After trying the usual OTC medications, including a prescription, with no success, I decided to give hypnosis a try. It was a thoroughly pleasant experience and that night I slept through for the first time in about a month. The next night I woke up once but went right back to sleep with the relaxation exercises she had provided. Apparently people differ in their responsiveness to hypnosis, but in my case it worked. I think it’s definitely worth a try.
